Arrival

 

Please arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. If you arrive late for your scheduled time , please understand that I will endeavor to accomodate you, but I cannot promise your full treatment time and you will be charged full price for the treatment(s) booked.

 

Cancellation

 

Please let me know 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment, otherwise a fee may be charged.

 

Medical Conditions

 

Understand that some treatments may not be suitable for customers with certain medical conditions. In the event of any treatment(s) being unsuitable for you, you will be advised of an alternative. A doctors written consent will be required prior to treatment(s) for certain conditions.

 

All Permanent Makeup, Peels, Tinting, Bronsun Brows and  Lash Lift treatments require a patch test 24 hours prior to treatment.

 

Digital Detox Zone

 

Join us in maintaining The Beautanical Garden as a digital detox zone. For optimum relaxation  and calm, we ask that you kindly place your mobile phone and any digital devices on silent before your treatment commences.

 

Gift Vouchers

 

Acknowledge that The Beautanical Garden Gift Vouchers are redeemable for both treatments and retail products. They are non-refundable and non extendable and are valid for 12 months, commencing from the purchase date.

Join us in celebrating your bond with The Beautanical Garden! We believe in rewarding you for your loyalty. Spend over £20 in one visit and you’ll receive a loyalty stamp. Collect 10 stamps and you can claim a complimentary 30 minute Facial. Loyalty Cards have no cash value and are not redeemable against retail products at The Beautanical Garden.

 

Uniformed Services receive 10% off all treatments and retail on showing a valid form of ID.

Understand prices are per person, correct at the time of print and are subject to alteration without prior notice. We reserve the right to raise prices and modify or discontinue treatments without prior notice, to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met.
